Before your appointment
- Bring one piece of valid government photo ID (passport, driver's licence, PR card).
- Complete your documents but leave them unsigned — signatures must be witnessed.
- Bring any wording or instructions the receiving organization has given you.
- Tell us if anyone else needs to sign or act as a witness, so we allow enough time.
